Please register at the venue on the day of the event after on Saturday June 28, 2025.
Early-bird Registration Period：Friday January 10, 2025 to Saturday, May 31, 2025.

- * Regarding the participation fee and the banquet fee, please note that only credit card payments will be accepted on the day of the event.
We will not be able to accept cash payments at the venue reception, so we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
Steps to make your registration
All registrations must be submitted through the online registration system.
- Start registration: Click “For REGISTRATION FORM” above.
- Fill in the Registration Form:
Fill in the registration form completely, and then click “Next”.
If any error messages appear on the screen, please go back to the registration page and fill in again. - Check the registration form:
Check all information again, and then click “Next”. - Payment Method:
Online Credit Card Payment Only.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club cards.
- Fill in the necessary information:
Fill the necessary information in the payment form.- Credit Card : Card number / Card holder’s name / valid date (mm/yy)
- Change / Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to change your registration details (address, etc.) or cancel your registration before 11:59 p.m. on June 13, 2025,(JST) please click "Click here for registration form" and enter your login ID and password to cancel your registration from My Page. You will receive a refund minus 10% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made on June 14, 2025.
